I had a fantastic time at TGA. All of the team and the members were welcoming and helpful. This place has the best atmosphere for anyone looking for somewhere to train or get fitter. It's true when they tell you it's a family and you feel it from day 1

An astounding home of martial arts for everyone. Very welcoming and humble. I'm new to the area and was keen to start training for a number of years out - consider myself incredibly lucky to have found this as early as i have. BJJ classes in particular are fantastic and you can really tell the teachers there are set on bringing out the best in your own personal journey. Plenty of support for those who want to be a little more competitive, too. Strongly recommend it to everyone from all walks of life. Amazing place with amazing people.
